Product Introduction

　　The self-tapping lock screw is a self-tapping screw with a coarse thread structure. The screw has a thread with an arc-shaped triangular cross-section, which can be screwed into a prefabricated hole of black or non-ferrous metal material to form an internal thread by extrusion. When the screw is threaded, its unthreaded rod can be made into a cylindrical or triangular shape with a diameter equal to or smaller than the circumscribed circle. This product has the characteristics of low screw-in torque and high locking performance.

The standards and varieties of self-tapping locking screws in domestic fastener products are: GB/T6560 (cross recessed pan head), GB/T6561 (cross recessed countersunk head), GB/T6562 (cross recessed countersunk head), GB/ Five series of T6563 (hexagonal head) and GB/T6564 (hexagonal flower-shaped cylindrical head).
